With 20 years of leadership experience in sales and development roles at industry giants like AT&T, Verizon, and Vivint Smart Home, I’ve built a career on driving success and fostering growth—both for teams and individuals. During the pandemic, I took a bold step to further my education, earning a degree in Business Communication from California State University, Northridge, which deepened my understanding of how people connect, communicate, and succeed professionally.
Over time, I discovered that my true calling lies in professional development. The last four years have been a transformative journey as I shifted my focus to executive search, honing my ability to identify and nurture candidates into roles they were meant to fill. That experience inspired me to take the leap and launch Vertex Search USA—a company built on the belief that the right match can change lives and elevate organizations.
